On December, 2^nd the meeting of Akademgorodok citizens and deputies has been held in the conference-hall of the District Administration. All the paticipians of the meeting had a chance to get acquainted with the texts of proclamations and meeting resolutions, calling for conservation of forest area of Akademgorodok, during 2000-2006, signed by the people of Novosibirsk.

In 2000 about 6000 signatures were collected under the protest against the felling activity on forest areas of Akademgorodok.

In 2005-2006 "Green phone" service of "Sibecocenter"organization, collected 2500 signatures under the resolution on conserving forest areas in Akademgododok.

In summer 2006 300 persons living on Tereshkova street put their signatures under the appeal to the Govenor of Novosibirsk region for conservation of wood lot between Tereshkova street and Koptug avenue.

From 14^th to 18^th September 5000 signatures were collected during the picket. The slogans of the picket were demanding to stop cutting down of the forest areas in Akademgorodok and holding the public hearing on the situation.

On September, 27^th 250 participants of the meeting with a deputy of State Duma Shvets L.N, which took place in CP "Akademia", adopted the resolution on restoration of the damaged wood lots and realization of various forest-protection actions.

On October, 8^th more than 400 people, including members of Novosibirsk Scientific Center, students of NSU and citizents of Novosibirsk, put their signatures under the meeting's resolution, called for forest conservation in Akademgorodok.

During October and November 1500 signatures were collected under the appeal to Russia Culture Guade organization for giving Akademgorodok the "Russia Cultural Heritage object" status.

On November, 7^th about 400 citizents of the Soviet district of Novosibirsk signed the meeting resolution to the Region and City Administration, to the Presidium of SB RAS with an urgent request to provide a prope care for green plantations in Akademgorodok.
